Keppai kolukattai


1 bowl of ragi flour and 11/2 cup of boiled water with a pinch of salt..mix well make a dough..keep aside..

In a kadai add 10 table spoon of naatu Sakarai,1/2 cup of grated coconut, a pinch of dry ginger powder and some chopped cashews with a little water get them into a thick mixture for kozhukattai pooranam..


Take a small balls of the dough flatten them like kozhukattai sheet fill some pooranam..
Get some kozhukattai ready for steaming it..

Tasty ragi kolukattai are ready..
