Keppai vada:
In a bowl mix 1 cup of ragi flour,1tsp jeera,1 table spoon chopped curry leaves,1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves,1 cup of chopped onions, 3 chopped green chillies and add salt.get them as a dough little soft not a tight dough.
Take a small balls of this mixtures flatten them like thattai and fry them in a hot oil..
Enjoy the deep fried snacks..kids will like..very healthy snack..
