Easy home made healthy snacks.


1.Spicy rings

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour
  • Oil
  • Salt 
  • Chilli powder


Just 15 mins healthy snacks are ready.

Preparation:

Make a dough of raw rice flour as per your need. Keep aside for 5 mins after roll it on and do a ring size shape or whatever shape you need. Deep fry it with oil. Sprinkle with chilli powder and salt. your yummy evening time snack is ready. 


2. Puffed rice chat:

Ingredients:

  • Raw rice
  • Coconut oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt

Preparation:

Take bowl of puffed rice, add a spoon of coconut oil and sprinkle chilli poweder, salt into it as per your taste. yummy healthy snack is ready to eat.


3. Ragi vada.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped onions
  • Green chillies
  • Coriender leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Little drum sticks (optional)


Preparation:

Chopped onions, curry leaves, coriender leaves, Little drumstic leaves, chopped green chillies, and a cup of ragi flour make a dough. Roll like vada and deep fry them in oil.. yummy snack is ready to serve.

4. Malidha

Ingredients:

  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Grated coconut 
  • Sugar
  • Cardamon powder

Preparation:

Take a cup of maida make a dough by adding a salt to taste..

Roll it on a small size chapathi in a boiling water put the chapathi sheets one by one until it's cooked..

Take out soak it on a hot sugar water which is kept ready already.. add some grated cocunt.. Cardamon powder sprinkled on top..

Tasty Malidha ready to serve..
